Our Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we're here to help. You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Return Process
- Initiate the return: Contact our customer support team at support@brand.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive a shipping label: Once approved, we will email you a pre-paid return shipping label. A flat fee of ৳595.00 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.
- Pack the items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging and attach the provided shipping label.
- Drop off: Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Typical processing times are between 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need a different size or color, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
